At Cruise, she manages multiple teams of systems engineers that define requirements & metrics, verify and validate AV behaviors and set the acceptance criteria for the safety case for commercial deployment programs for Cruise's Ridehail and Delivery businesses spanning across autonomy, as well as integrated tools, backend services, fleet management tools & passenger interaction systems. Srishti has a background in Geomatics Engineering and has worked in inertial navigation, mobile mapping and consulting before Cruise. She is also a mentor for Women in Autonomy.
